HICON Roller Hearth furnaces are designed to heat treat plates, sheet, profiled sections and rods.

Depending on the requirements, the material is solution heat-treated, recrystallized or tempered, heat treated.

Suitable aluminium alloys are solution heat-treated and then quenching with water.

The goal is to achieve especially high and uniform strength values.
